Graceful Mohiniyattam

Nrithyachoodamani Gopika Varma presented a elegant Mohiniattam performance.she presented a varnam on Lord ayyappa and the Thulabharam of the Rukmani sathyabhama story was well presented. Gopika got so i involved and there was so much elegance and grace in the dance.Orchestra gave good support.

Amazing Vilasini Natyam

Smt.Swapnasundari presented Vilasini Natyam. The dance had so much details and the Music and dance were in total synchronisation. Swapna Sundari has researched and worked so hard in bringing out this style. Her movements, grace, flow and it looked like a Antique painting. The Abhinaya was out of the world and audience just applauded during sancharis which was so clear.Swapnasundari a long standing Ovation and the highlight was her drawing- Simhanandanatalaprastha.A true effort which needs more standing ovations in future. Kartik Fine Arts has given a great weekend treat.
